Clothing/appearance: Fitted jester's suit which is a combination of orange and green, as well as purple for frills on the ends, as a collar and a few places on the chest. He has a purple and orange jester's hat and his torso extends into sections all having a bell at the bottom at about the knee. The pants are orange with a green leather boot on the left leg and the opposite on the right leg. He fashions a white mask with eyes and a smile pasted on with black ink. This is always on him and has not come off in several years, especially not in front of anyone.

Personality: The Tenebrous Jester or just "The Jester" is a man shrouded in mystery. He never speaks, nobody knows what he is thinking, and nobody can ever tell when he'll show up. He has no pattern, he lives in no place too long though you could say it is characteristic for him to bum out in houses that are for sale. He a well known thief around town and is famous for stealing. He has not spoke a word in almost 15 years and has no intention of breaking his silence now.

History/Past: Much of his young life is a mystery. Many say he belonged to a famiglia but no records of his birth have ever been found and nobody from the Famiglia in question knew of his existance. He was from Italy though, people know that much. He was found in Venice sleeping under a bridge at the aparent age of 11, though nobody ever got them to tell him. Through other methods they had determined he was 11 years old. Many doctors said he had a severe psychological trauma and that he was unable to speak because of it. At the surface they found signs of abuse, malnutrition, as well as signs of rape. Nobody knew his name or anything about him, though a few locals had said he had lived under that bridge in the same outfit, and so they called him The Tenebrous Jester. He seemed to respond to the name oddly well, but then again nobody ever knew if he had any other name otherwise. People assumed from his dress, in conjunction with his amazing acrobatic abilities he had once belonged to a carnival
He had lived in an insane asylum for many years, until he was 20, at that age he had managed to escape thanks to being able to get his hands on a few items in a broom closet. and was able to knock out enough of the guards in order to escape. He had hitched a boat close bye that took him somewhere he didn't know well. He had heard of Japan but had no idea that was where he was headed. The port in Seika City was his destination and ever since he had apparently learned how to understand Japanese. He's become a notorious thief by the same name since he was reported to have come here. People now think he is just a ghost after around six years at this job. The police have never caught him, but on occasion he has been known to associate with the local Mafia's.
